FAQs
Q: How do I choose the right bounce house?
A: Each product detail page has the dimensions of the bounce house. Please check this information before purchasing to select the appropriate model.
Q: What materials are used to make the bounce houses?
A: Our bounce houses are made from 420+840D Oxford cloth. The fabric joints are double-stitched, and the climbing areas use double-thick fabric for added durability.
Q: Are bounce houses safe?
A: Our bounce houses have undergone pressure and air pressure testing to ensure safety. Before using the bounce house, please refer to the "Precautions For Playing," "Precautions For Blower," and "Installation Instruction" sections in the user manual to ensure safe play.
Q: Can the blower be turned off after inflating the bounce house?
A: No, the bounce house is a non-sealed product designed to relieve pressure during play. For safety, the blower must remain on to maintain stability and prevent collapse, explosion, or leakage. Keeping the blower running is a safety measure and an industry standard.
Q: How long can the blower run continuously?
A: Under normal conditions, the blower can run continuously for about 4 hours. The blower has a power-off protection device and will shut off automatically if there is abnormal operation, overheating, or leakage. If used continuously for over 4 hours, it is recommended to let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Q: Why does the water slide sometimes make a slight hissing sound with small bubbles at the seams?
A: All bounce houses have small needle holes at the seams. The blower inflates the bounce house while air escapes through the seams to maintain balance, ensuring safety during play. When using the water slide, continuous air escape through the seams can cause small bubbles. This is normal and does not affect safety or use.
Q: Can the water slide be used without water?
A: Our water slides are designed for both wet and dry use. During winter or indoor play, the water slide can be used without connecting a water hose.
Q: Is it difficult to store the bounce house? Does it take up a lot of space?
A: For storage, first, let the bounce house deflate completely (ensure the water slide is dry). Then, follow the folding instructions in the product manual. It can be folded into a compact storage bag. The storage bag can be placed in a closet or on the ground and won't take up much space.
