Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact our official email before the order is shipped. Your cancellation request will be processed within 48 hours of your application. Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and you will receive a refund within 10 business days of receiving the confirmation.

Return & Exchange: Return Period: Within 15 days of receiving the product

Conditions for Returns: Products can be returned in the following cases:

  • Serious quality issues with the product.

Conditions for Exchanges: Products can be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Defective products, missing parts, or abnormal fan function.

Return & Exchange Address: If you need to return the product, please email us or contact us through the website. We will provide you with the return/exchange address.

Information Required for Return/Exchange: Please provide the following information when applying for a return or exchange: Order number, and two product photos as proof.

Shipping Fee: For returns or exchanges not related to product quality issues, you are responsible for the shipping fee. For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we are responsible for the shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Process: Step 1: Apply for a return via your account or email our customer service. We will process the return/exchange request within 2 business days and provide you with a response. Step 2: Upon receiving the response, please return the product within 5-7 days and email us the updated tracking number. Step 3 (if exchange): We will resend the product within 7 business days and update the tracking number.

Refund: 

  • Full Refund Applicable Conditions:
    • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
    • The product must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Partial Refund Applicable Conditions:For example, missing parts (no replacement, but certain compensation), acceptable defects, etc. Please email us to discuss.

Refund Process:

The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account. 

Step 2: If you haven't received the refund, please send us a follow-up email within 15 business days of receiving the refund process email. We will respond within 2 business days.
